Not much of an ice cream fan but open to new varieties and unique experiences. Ordered for their unique and most popular item, the experience was unique and differently good. One, an cruchy feeling as you savour and second it’s unique offering of both cone and one of the flavours in stark black colour. This seems to be the uniqueness! Definitely worth an try and experience. Enjoy.

Ubenut strawberry on a regular waffle cone. The employees are nice and quick to serve you at cash. The ube and coconut softserve are delicious!! The strawberry, not so much. It was not as smooth as the other flavours. Unsure if it was supposed to have a grainy texture. A bit unfortunate since the entire cone was filled with strawberry and not so much of the ube and coconut. Be warned your lips and teeth will get a tint of black from the charcoal

Neat idea for ice cream. The finished product actually looks exactly like the pictures! That’s a first. Lol. Lacking in the flavour department for me, but my wife liked it so I guess we’ll be back.

Major Disappointment!!! Yesterday me and my friends visited Vaughan, and as per our ritual we always visit Ihalo. We went there at about 7PM and the lady working there was so rude. She was gazing at us and it looks like she would have started screaming on us for no reason. She was not at all welcoming! Moreover, the major disappointment was the sweet treat at the bottom of the cone was completely missing on all of us icecreams. Now will think twice before visiting this place.

Love their ube flavour the best!!!! It's so much like actual ube and their charcoal cone makes such a statement. I always make sure to grab iHalo when I visit VMs!

Usually it’s good as for a standard service until today: if you don’t have the cone, then you should have told me before i order and payand of course then I won’t order one if so since the cone is also part of the complete experience.. I know you want to have more businesses but this just make more people upset and will not come back again. yes, the cone sold out sentence was so tiny at the top right corner of the selection screen and no one can even read that. ridiculous. oh yeah, there wasn’t any discount without the cone as well. unfortunately. otherwise.. ice cream is always good.

Interesting concept with unique colors and flavors. Asian inspired flavors in particular Ube from the Philippines. The activated charcoal cone is interesting too, you dont really taste the charcoal. But $6.50 for soft serve is steep, should be <$5. Or at the very least, dont charge an extra $0.50 for the cone.

Amazing ice crème and really like the charcoal cone. The green pandant ice crème is also my favourite.

The ubenut is a purple yam flavoured ice cream mixed with the black on black ice cream which is a coconut flavour with activated charcoal! They go together so well! Such a tasty treat while walking in the mall!

Tried the Ube Nut with the waffle cone and really liked the light coconut flavor that it has!
