Cinnabon

Currently visiting my favorite city on march break, stopped by to this place for a sweet treat. I ordered 3 cinnamon buns, it's a little pricey but its freshly baked and not from the grocery store anyways I didn't get to try them until later but that's ok bc luckily there was heating instructions on the box. I really liked them and would go again next time

Didn’t experience any of the service everyone was talking about. Could be a totally new staff but here for the cinnamon buns and if I got that and made properly. I’m all smiles! Tried one of the deluxe cinnabons, the maple pecan. Nice amount of people and on top as well as a good amount of icing and maple sauce! Always happy having a cinnabon cinnamon bun. Nice and soft! And cannot resist that gorgeous smell that goes throughout the area as you go by a Cinnabon location! Great job overall! The Cinnabons are great - no doubt! After doing some holiday shopping, I got there at 8:40pm with my mom so she could enjoy her first Cinnabon. I was disappointed they blocked off their seating area. They had washed the floors, stacked the tables and chairs and emptied the garbages. I think it's safe to say they were ready for home time. There were still 20 operational minutes to go before they closed. I told the cashier that the nice thing to do for your guests would be to open up the seating area until you close at 9pm. Her response was "we are short staffed". Based on my observation, there are all of three tables in that place and they had three employees...I think that was a very poor response. Does anyone want to work anymore?? We had to walk a bit to find seating in the mall but the bright side is that we definitely enjoyed our oh-so-yummy treat! As a side note, I really hope Cinnabon is paying their employees fair wages because our experience wasn't a clear indication that they are and that their employees care about their customer's experience. Just went there today ordered a pack of the 9 minis to go, just got home and heated one up to find a long hair inside of one thanks…

Very bad service, after waiting for 15-20 minutes waiting they just told me that I can’t buy a box of six because they will be out of boxes and I have to bay 6 as an individually price for each one. Very rude

I love the snacks and their iced coffee but the wait times can be a little excessive when they are busy.

I decided to right this review because I wanted to talk about how rude one of the staff member's are. I think she might be the manager, she’s around 5 foot tall with short black hair. After reading the reviews I noticed that I was not the only one who found her rude. I have been going to this Cinnabon for as long as I can remember as I work in the mall and every time she is there it is a horrible experience. At first I thought she was having a bad day until I saw a pattern. Not only is she rude to the customers but she’s also rude to the employees. She always looks so miserable, she looks like she is being forced to work there, that is how miserable she looks. I am so worried that she is going to spit in my order or put my order on the floor or something because by now I know she remembers who I am. I have met a lot of rude people in my life but this girl takes the crown, she is rude, disrespectful and over all the worst person I have ever spoken with. If her attitude doesn’t change I am sorry to say but I can’t continue to give you my business. All of my friends, staff and family feel the same way. They have all dealt with her as well and it is unacceptable how she treats people. Thank you

Best Cinnabon in town. They are always fresh & tasty

I have never been so appalled in my life. The manager of this place has to be the most miserable person in the entire world. I thought maybe she was having a bad day today until I red the other reviews saying that they all found her rude and disrespectful. If you don’t want to ruin your day stay away from this place!!

Ordered a 6 pack and was only 4 left when there was clearly more. Then ordered 15 minibons instead and was told there's only 9 left when there was clearly more in the display. They just want to sell the smaller packs so they can make more money.
