Pro Oil Change

This is easily the best place in Ottawa to get your oil changed. Very fast service, not pushy at all. I don't feel like anything they suggest is a cash grab. Gone 3 times now and had zero issues. Even noticed we had a turn signal out and offered to change it. Rob Tony Edgar and Zack are listed on our receipt for the last visit. All of them were very courteous and polite start to finish. Would recommend anyone go here for their oil change.

Nothing special about this shop. The prices are very much the same comparing to other competitors. Waited for an hr and half and I was told 25min, right! Waiting room is small and cold as a freezer. Staff is okay and somewhat professional. I'd rather chose to do my next oil change at Oil Changers, staying in a warm car, done in 15min and costing little more, staff is always professional, at least the one on Carp rd. I am not really being lazy, it's juat pure convenience :-)

First time using Pro Oil Change and was very pleased with my service received. The staff were very courteous, did not try to up sell me even though that's what I expected, and everything was explained and done in a very fast and professional manner. I've been to multiple oil change places that offer "no appointment necessary" and this has been my best experience yet. I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next change. I even received a referral discount here that I couldn't get elsewhere.

A good place to go for oil change. May try to upsell you but not pushy. Always had a good experience with them until the last visit. It was hurriedly done and the guy even forgot to put a sticker on my windshield for the next oil change.

I was cheated. They have a sign advertising a 30 dollar discount if you do an oil change and rustproofing together. The sign is still there a week after i had it done. They informed that the special is over but not untill it was time to pay. This is very unprofessional and illegal.
