I rarely ever post a review of a company but this company exceeded my expectations of what customer service is. I was looking specifically for a Toyota within a specific price range and Zak and Mr. Tommy were able to assist without any sales pressure and listened to what my needs were with respect to purchasing. They put the customer first and are not all about profit. They seem to want to keep customers for life which is just good business sense. If all other used car salesmen acted with the outmost integrity and honesty, used car salesman would not have such a bad reputation. Besides purchasing the vehicle they are just pleasant people to be around and I enjoyed the whole car buying experience because at first I have to admit I dreaded the thought of it. I have to thank Zak personally for advocating on my behalf for arranging financing for me at a reasonable interest rate. I'm looking forward to continuing our relationship and will not be going anywhere else to purchase vehicles in the future. Thank you guys again, you are AWESOME!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment to view a Toyota Matrix via email, and was serviced by Zak. Even though I did not end up purchasing the car as it was not a good fit for me, I received great service from beginning of the contact to even the days after. Zak was honest, very transparent, and straight forward. When we notified him that the car was not a good fit, he was kind and understanding. Zak phoned us to check on our experience a few days after and offered to phone if a car that might interest me comes into their dealership. I will recommend anyone who are looking to purchase a car to visit this dealership as you will have a pleasant and transparent experience!

I couldn't thank Zakaria more for his unconditional service which I've received from him and his team. Extraordinary and unbelievable !! I never posted a review of a company but I thought this is the least I can do to show my appreciation. Last year I bought Pontiac Montana 2007 from him; and unfortunately it has given me trouble time to time. Whenever I called him for help I never got disappointed!! He was always there to help me. I wish him best of luck. May Almighty Allah grant him all the best in every step in his life.

Phenomenal experience. Best pricing anywhere. Communication with sales guys was awesome. Answered all of our questions and made things happen very quickly. Purchased the exact vehicle we were looking for, with no "hidden" costs. Very "up-front" with information that made the entire experience a pleasure. Financing rep made things very easy to understand and answered all of our questions. Everybody we dealt with was well-versed with their products. Will refer others to Ottawa Pre-Owned!

I was recently in a car accident and was looking to replace my vehicle. I showed up after hours and some of the staff were still there. They answered my questions at the time and were very helpful. I ended up buying a vehicle from them. I just picked it up yesterday and so far so good. They made sure that the vehicle was in tip top shape when I picked it up. They helped make the whole process run smoothly. Prices were reasonable and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended. Thanks Zak and Tommy!
