Jared took the time to diagnose my remote start system and figured out it was just the remote. He ordered a new remote (which came very quickly) and went out of his way to schedule a time around my busy schedule to get the new remote programmed to the system. Service was very friendly, quick, and professional. Will definitely be back if I ever need anything similar done in the future!!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest technician. I recently bought a manual car from a mazda dealership with a pre-installed remote auto starter. When buying the car the dealership salesman told me the remote auto starter did not work. Finally after many months of driving I decided to see if the remote auto starter can be fixed. I emailed Jared and he was able to see me the same week. He knew exactly how to fix the problem in minutes. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I brought in my manual transmission Audi and was extremely pleased to discover that they would be able to install a remote starter. They took the time to explain the installation and functionality process for my vehicle. Very nice guys. Would definitely recommend.

Our Odyssey's aftermarket fobs for doors and autostart stopped working two weeks ago. Called IceTech and Jared made me an appt asap. I'm always nervous with tech stuff (especially car stuff), that I'm going to get taken as i have no idea about this stuff. Showed up and Jared identified our type of starter just by looking at fob. He quickly found the problem, explained it (just a burnt fuse!), replaced it, gave me a few spares (my van's getting old), and we were on our way in less than 10mins! Can't recommend enough! Jared was knowledgable, honest, and a really nice guy. Highly recommend!
