We are excited to announce that we can now be found on Marine Drive, in beautiful White Rock, British Columbia.

Story

Primo's was Established by Primo Villanueva, star football player for the B.C. Lions, in 1959. Today Third Generation restaurateur Joel and his wife Jaclynn continue to prepare and serve traditional Family recipes for you to enjoy.

We had an amazing time. From the Mexicano decor to their "to die for salsa" this place was a gem in the rough. Upon coming in we were greeted well and seated quickly. The food portions (for Canadians) was perfect (for the $), not to mention the best FREE Salsa n chips... and their tapas were spot on authentic. Great work, we'll eat here each time in White Rock!

As a local, this is my go to place to have awesome food and margeritas. I love everything about it. The food, drinks and atmosphere. When I have visitors I take them here also. Love that its a family owned and operated establishment as well!

Great tacos and margaritas!! Don’t forget to ask for their famous triple x sauce. The owner is really nice.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the drinks mixed perfectly. After lunch we tried the Flan, I wanted to lick the plate! My only suggestion for them would be to brew fresh coffee before serving, everything else made us happy. Will certainly go again when in White Rock BC.

Great food, music, and atmosphere. Mexican decor is a nice treat. Restaurant is located directly on top of the pier creating a nice waterfront view. However, I'll have to disagree with some of the reviews regarding portion sizes. As a Vancouverite I think portion sizes are normal considering this is a tapas bar and not a buffet self serve restaurant. I have attached pictures for reference. As for service it was perfect not too much and not too little just the right interaction. As for desert we had home made churros & deep fried rice cream with a surprise coating. Can you guess what it is? 😜 Will definitely come back again.
