Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Our family love it and we've been back many times. The fries are some of the best I've had. The fish is a good size. The wait can sometimes be a bit long but it's worth it for good food.

They need to change frying oils more often, both fish and fries tasted liek burned oil! But apart from food, Terrace tables had nice view.

Food was okay, but customer service was terrible and understaffed as well. I was just there yesterday and we ordered two family packs and they both came with caesar salads. We asked for plates, forks, as well as other condiments. The woman who was putting the boxes of salad in each bag and the plates and utensils just basically threw them in the bag and they were scattered everywhere and I had to organize it myself because the salad legit looked like it was about to fall out of the box. Also, as we came in we didn't get a proper greeting like "hello welcome to.." or "hi there" we just kind of stood there as they were staring at us the whole time. Same as we left, once we got our food, which took forever, the lady from before who packed the salads didn't even say "thank you have a nice day" or something. She also kind of had a rude vibe to her. Didn't like it at all. Definitely not a place I will be visiting anytime soon.
