Lone Star Texas Grill

We were the only ones seated at the bar, even though we weren’t drinking and there were empty tables available. Sitting there for so long and we waited really long wasn’t comfortable, as the bar isn’t really meant for a full dinner wait. Food was okay. The washroom was disgusting - the floor was so sticky it felt like I was walking on glue with every step

Honestly, I never miss at stop at Lone Star on Lemieux. My favorite place before heading home. The staff was delightful and welcoming, service quick and of course the food was delicious. I shared a duo chicken fajita with my mom and we were able to get half tortillas for me! and lettuce wraps for her. It was prefect!

Visited 14/07/2025 amazing service and super delicious food. Conveniently located next to where we stayed the Holiday Inn. We ordered fajitas for two, mozzarella with the Nashville sauce, a blue raspberry margaritas and the strawberry margarita. Our waiter was so nice and gave me a duck even though technically it was the beer version of the blue raspberry margarita that you get a duck with. Definitely will be back to enjoy their delicious food again!

Order was late by over 10 minutes. When I asked why, the waiter responded rudely: “I can make it 10 minutes.” Another staff member was bossing me around instead of fixing the delay. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent service. Never coming back.

Overall, the food and service were great, but this branch is a bit outdated, and there were small flies all over our table. It was difficult to protect our drinks and food, and we felt irritated because of that, so we asked for the check as quickly as possible. I prefer the downtown branch since it’s newer and has a much better atmosphere.
