Lone Star Texas Grill

Good place to just relax. They have bar with TV's displaying sports channels. Servers are great and attentive. My New York stake came perfectly cooked and was delicious. The sides, however from the mash potatoes, the gravy, and the broccoli were all salty.

Honestly...nnI don't like writing bad reviews, but I have nothing to do today. When the marketing done says it's Texas Grill, you can have expectations to eat like in Texas but...surprise, I laughed with tears...Canadian Texas bar and grill...:with Mexican influence.nDon't get me wrong, Mexican food is amazing but I don't even dare to try it after I had this experience.nnI ordered a brisket sandwich...it has nothing to do with Texas brisket plus it was chopped like chicken food.nJuicy? you can forget about this characteristic, dry, very dry. Everyone knows that if you add spices, you give the food a taste, but in no case can it be called brisket. Preparing brisket is a skill and not everyone knows it.nnThe waiter was nice, he knows what he's doing, but I waited a while to receive the food, I had the feeling that they went to buy the food from another restaurant...I don't even want to think what would have happened if I ordered something complicated.nnI ate because I was hungry...I hadn't eaten for more than 20 hours and time didn't allow me to make any other comments or refuse the food...at least the french fries and coleslaw tasted good like at Costco:nnThe interior is nicely decorated, nothing to say...I laughed with the waiters and showed them what brisket means in Texas,nnIt's embarrassing to pretend to be a Texan restaurant/bar grill, to be located in Canada and to offer only marketing... it's shameful

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a reservation for 6 people for today at 11:30am. We all got there on time and placed our orders quickly. After that nothing. We had our drinks and chips but we did not get our food until 45 minutes later. When I went to speak to one of the managers I wanted to know what was going on. This guy gave me this blank stare and said nothing. There was a huge group in the same area that we were in who arrived after us and they were getting their food first. Everyone else had to wait for this huge group. At no point were we informed of the delay in getting our food. The male manager I spoke said well they had ordered ahead and we had to wait. I asked why we were not informed of this and all I got was a blank stare. No apology nothing. Just the blank stare. At no point did I yell or scream at him. I simply wanted to know we had to wait so long for our food.nnWhen we finally did get our food, my son's order was wrong and my order of steak fajitas was burnt. At this point we should have left but we were all hungry. The sever we had was great. He was so apologetic and even he didn't know about this huge pre-order. apparently the only two who did know where the managers. We will not be back again, We used to go to this location regularly but we will find a new restaurant as this place doesn't seem to want business.

Went for my brother's birthday dinner . We had fajitas beef&chicken. The tortillas were under cooked. No taste to the chicken very blah. I wanted watermelon lemonade didn't have any. So I order raspberry lemonade instead. There was so much sugar in it I had to dilute it with soda water. My mother got a Virgin strawberry and there was so much sugar she couldn't finish it. And the price well let's just say it wasn't worth it....I will never go there for fajitas ever again. The staff were nice.

Bottomless nachos & salsa. Enough said. Actually, there's more to say. The Nashville chicken was superb, I asked for hot, but I wish it was spicier. I'm pretty sure everything on the menu is good. The waiter was kind enough to take a photo for us and even a bonus selfie. The bathrooms are quite wet though, it's something to improve on. Overall, awesome experience
