Oh Cake

Being a new mom of a newborn, it’s pretty hectic in our household! When I needed a cake last minute for my baby’s 100 days celebration, I quickly browsed through their website and settled on “Little Tiger”. From the ordering to pick-up, it was such a treat as they were so caring and had friendly customer service which was really appreciated! I called them late afternoon/ evening the day before to ask if it was possible to pick up the evening after before placing an order online, and they were very friendly and super accommodating over the phone. They speak Mandarin and English. The kind lady asked about: - which cake I wanted - checked and let me know which tiger cake topper they still had available - took my phone number down so that after I place the order online she could confirm and text me photos of all the cake details which topper, 100 days topper in English or Chinese, what flavour, the name on the cake, pickup time, location details Once I placed it online, they were responsive and texted me right away and we were able to confirm everything so quickly. The day of pick-up was a breeze, I was able to text them to let them know I was running slightly late and they were super nice about it. A sweet gentleman greeted me at the counter, showed me they had plates and cutlery included in a box which is really nice touch and they are actually decent, including a cool-looking birthday candle and a cake knife - a lot of places don’t include everything, usually just a candle and a cake knife on top of the cake packaging, let me know to keep the cake in the front seat of the car and in the fridge when I get home. The cake was exactly as pictured even more beautiful in person with my baby’s name on the side, and not to mention very delicious! The cake layers were light and airy, the cream so light and fluffy not too sweet, just perfect amount and I chose strawberry - the taste was very well-balanced and hit just right; not too tart nor sweet. I can’t wait to try their other desserts!

Good dessert here, I love their cake box so much. Especially the one with meat floss but I forgot to take pic. I have to say most of their food that I love. The staff also provide good service. I always place order from them, like once a week. Hope they can sell more kinds of dessert. :

Oh Cake !! I never write reviews but had to for this hidden gem bakery. For my daughter’s 30th birthday I wanted to have a special cake made for her. I went to the shop to order the cake and was greeted by Jess who was so patient and helpful, and such great service, she helped me decide on the cake the flavour and design. They are very particular in the details and want to get it right!! When my husband came home with the cake I was blown away it was exactly what I wanted !! It was just beautiful, the colours we discuss was perfect!! It gets better when we served the cake everyone was in awe that it was sooo delicious and light !! We will sure go back for our cakes from now on. Thank you Oh Cake!!

I ordered the rose lychee cake and it was amazing. Not only was the cake amazing but the customer service was phenomenal. I was late to pick up my cake and the staff were so patient and even waited so I would be able to get my cake on time.

I was doing eyebrows on the same floor n accidentally bought this eggyolk-mochi-meat-floss cake from this place, and it was very good! Something I've never had before, very filling I was hungry, the box came with 3, 1 was enough to fill me up. Very soft texture but many different layers. Interesting and novel

Ordered a last minute birthday cake from here. They were super responsive to make sure the cake was ready when I needed it. The cake itself was beautiful, light, fluffy and delicious. They packaged it beautifully and included a cake topper and candle. This bakery is a gem and I highly recommend.

This place is like a hidden gem, they have pretty and tasty cakes, and they were willing to take a very last minute order and help me out even on a busy holiday. It shows their dedication to their customers and it was great having a cake store that does this. 5 stars for service alone :

Very friendly staff! I customized a cake and was able to deliver to my door. The cake itself was light on sweets which was great for my grandparents, and the presentation was flawless. Great shop to arrange for a cake!
