Pioneer - Gas Station

The gas station is lacking in customer service, and the proprietor exhibits an arrogant demeanor. He demonstrates minimal regard for patrons, perceiving them as subordinates. Occasionally, his loud voice unsettles patrons. I have formally petitioned the territorial manager to hold the station's owner responsible for his conduct towards customers.

Price good , service doesn't matter as self pump , and the app , meh soso. Have had issues b4 , usually same , offers that need multiple encounters to use ..not membership friendly too many pitfalls

Terrible customer service with attitude. All the pumps out of service plus inside/out system, owner upsets on poor employee. Always run out of paper at pump, according to consumer protection regulations “ customers should obtain receipt what he/she paid for merchandise if business refuses or keeps failing practices to produce the proof of purchase . Business will pay the hefty fine.

Terrible customer service, this place is bullying customer with rude behave. Without customer, your business is bye-bye, remember that. I strongly ask for this issues with Pioneer territory manager and owner, buddy we came here for gas not got misbehaved from your supervisor or employee.

Nicely located, prices very competitive, the tuck shop is well stocked and service is good. Gives more savings with CIBC cards.
