Love this Shell as the coffee corner is recently upgraded with lots of new coffee machines and the price of a cup of coffee remains affordable. This is my favourite Deli2go coffee place. Also, this Shell Select is famous between students and neighbours. The staff and owner are nice and friendly.

Witnessed the Worker today was rude and not helpful to an elderly man. Their system was down and could not process payment in store but outside was fine. I suggested kindly to the worker to show him how to but refused and continued to tell the customer he could not help.nnInstead I decided to show the elderly man myself as the worker was not helpful.nnI understand that during this time it may have been stressful for the young worker but he should treat customers better especially the elderly..

I had a very suspicious experience at this shell station. I prepaid for 30L of #93 fuel with a shell app promotion. The pump stopped three times and only gave me 9L total, despite my tank was completely empty. The cashier made excuses, refused to check the pump and blamed it on my car.nnAnother customer beside me even said that this pump issue is well-known at this station and has not been resolved. In the google reviews, I saw that other customers have reported the same issue at this location. It does not look like an accident - it feels like a recurring problem.nnI recommend that anyone fueling here double - check your receipts, liters pumped, and any discounts applied. I will also report this station to shell corporate.

car wash not working at 0700 pm .July 12 2025

Came at 11 o’clock to try to get a car wash. There was about six cars in front of me and the worker there comes outside and tells me that the car wash is gonna be closed. I told him why can’t I just wash my car I have the monthly pass and I have until midnight to wash my car or my car wash expires for the day and he’s telling me how he’s gonna stop the car wash from the inside and wouldn’t let me wash my car When the website fully says it’s opened and the car wash is opened and he told me to talk to the owner he doesn’t make the rules, garbage service lazy and they don’t wanna do the proper protocols in the evening lazy workers in the evening
