The carwash is not properly washing and cleaning any dirt on your car. Pressurized water is not even removing the bird droppings. 2 washes at same time does not do the work. Clerk responded the complaint to go to the dollar car wash or suggested to NOT use the touch free one. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time to line up twice. It does not do the job even for the second time around.

Terrible experience at a car wash and customer service. The door wouldn’t open during the drying stage, and my car was stock inside. Employee didn’t care that we were stock for at least a few minutes - there is a camera , we had to call to the store for them to let us. When my wife went in side to complain and ask for refund, because our car was half wet plus not a fun experience being stock inside a car wash, employee gave attitude that it was our fault, like we never used a car wash before. Terrible customer service, management needs to do something about it!

So i just bought gas and after paying i asked the cashier if i am getting my free car wash as he didn’t ask me. In his response he said “ its raining outside thats why I didn’t ask” . Didn’t know it needs to be dry and sunny for you guys to ask about car wash. 26th june 1 am

It said 118c in Google Map, but after driving 15 minutes to this place, I found that the price was 126c. Wasted me a total of 30 minutes. Had it shown that their price was similar to other competitors, I wouldn't have driven all the way there. If I found that it is not your fault, I will revise the rating. Until then, I will stick with 1 star.
