They play ads at you while you pump. I'm already paying for gas why are there ads? Even though this is the most convenient location for me I go elsewhere. That's $2 500 worth of business lost every year. Hope the ad revenue is worth it.

Prices are about average for central Toronto — not the cheapest, but competitive for the neighbourhood. The staff here have always been friendly and efficient, keeping the experience quick and straightforward. It’s a solid stop whether you’re filling up or just grabbing something on the go.

Rude employees, tim hortons there served me a farmers wrap and i could not bite the hash brown for the life of me. It was rock solid, i didn’t want to enter the store again for $5 so i left. Very disappointing.

On the night of May 31st, the staff member scheduled for the night shift was not present at the till and did not open the door for customers. It appeared that he was not attending to his duties and may have been sleeping during his shift. This is not the first time such an issue has occurred, as the door was also not opened during his previous shift. Night shifts are meant for working and serving customers, and it is important that staff maintain professionalism and customer service standards. I recommend that management review this situation and provide appropriate guidance to ensure better staff performance and customer care.

Pump #1 & #2 are faulty and don’t release gas, station employees + manager are aware pumps had been broken days ago, yet left pumps open and still allow gas purchases. Whoever the owner of this location is did not have solutions for employees to provide to customers for this issue and advised them not to provide refunds. Not from the area, got to this station with 380kms in my tankthankfully I checked before pumping, used pump #2 pre paid for gas, upon checking after paying, my tank remained at 380kms, when I went to let the attendant know and asked for a refund, he said pumps #1 had been broken, a second driver using pump #1 came to complain of the same issue at the same time. When I asked why pumps are open if not functional, the manager ignored the question.
