This tire inflator took my money and did absolutely nothing. The machine is clearly broken, the hose is hanging, and there is no warning sign, no out-of-order notice, nothing. People are literally paying for a service that does not exist. This is not a small mistake — this is careless and dishonest.nnEspecially in winter conditions, people rely on these machines for safety. Leaving it in this state while still accepting payments is unacceptable. Either maintain your equipment properly or disable the payment system. Taking customers’ money for a non-working machine is essentially theft. Very disappointing and irresponsible.

I come to this gas station at #FLO charging point. Spend atleast $25-$30 on average daily. Every time the cashier girl/boy says the rest room is out of order, someone vomit inside, some homeless inside, some one poop on the floor. And in addition they are rude and reluctant to talk about if asked about it. Even If been told that please fix it. Don't care about the customs. I decided not to come to charge my car on this location next time.nZero Service. No respect for the customer need and requirements. Staff become rude even people talk with a smile on face. Staff handed over the complaint number with careless remarks.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Shell location in Toronto. I went to use the washroom and the cashier named Neeraj refused to allow me, saying the washroom was “only for customers.” I told him that I was a customer, but he then asked me to prove my payment.nnWhile I was standing there, another customer from a different community arrived, and the cashier opened the washroom for him without asking any questions or proof of purchase.nnThis felt extremely unfair and discriminatory. Customers should be treated equally and with respect. I hope Shell management takes this matter seriously and ensures better staff training in the future.

Air pump is ALWAYS out of service. When you call the number to ask if it’s been repaired the staff is never helpful. They work inside of the gas station but can’t tell you if the pump OUTSIDE is working.

The air pump doesn't work when coins are inserted; no one is managing the situation.
