I went to your gas station to refuel my vehicle. The pump I used was operating abnormally and dispensing fuel extremely slowly. Because of the cold weather, I ended up standing at the pump for almost twenty minutes.nDue to an issue with your equipment, the pump failed to automatically shut off after my tank was full. As a result, a large amount of diesel overflowed from the tank and sprayed onto my vehicle and the ground. Fortunately, I was standing right beside the tank and was able to stop the pump immediately to prevent the situation from getting worse. However, the amount I paid included all of the excess diesel that spilled onto the ground and could not be used or recovered.nI am requesting an explanation and appropriate follow-up from your station. I reported the issue to the staff on duty right away, but I was told that the pump could not possibly fail to shut off on its own. I found this response very disappointing, as it contradicts what actually happened.

Very disappointing experience.nThe staff member an elderly man in charge in midnight was extremely rude and unhelpful. When the Petro-Canada app was not working, which was clearly not my fault, instead of offering any assistance, he insisted that I must pay for the car wash and refused to help in any way.nPoor customer service and an unacceptable attitude.

Don’t wash your car here. The car wash broke my tire. No one is helping.

Pay attention to the car wash purchase option. They were set up in a way to trick you buy two car washes.nnAlso the wash itself is garbage, can’t even brush off the dead bugs on my windshield. I bought the highest “superwork” option.nnIf you don’t respect customers, then you will lose them. Yes, you tricked me into buying two washes this time. But you will lose me forever for any future car wash. Good job.

Scam location. Air compressor inflation out of order sign not very visible. Won’t refund. Suggested them cover the coin hole with bigger piece of paper.
