The doctor I saw here was so patronizing, condescending, dismissive and unhelpful that I was turned off of government medical care altogether for many years. Although my family and I are registered patients of his, when I called to make an appointment this year, they said I was no longer a patient because I didn’t see him frequently enough so, apparently you need to be sick more often to maintain your GP these days? Wouldn’t that incentivize docs to keep you sick instead of help you be well?!. So even though my husband went 2 weeks ago, I can no longer go there and must go through the time consuming and frustrating process of trying to find a new GP that is taking new clients only to be potentially removed from that client list if I don’t go there regularly enough?. This is not “health care”, it’s sick care. If you’re healthy most of the time, you are not going to receive care. Front desk was not helpful or kind/compassionate in any way. 10/10 would NOT recommend this clinic.

I have known Dr. Naoom for more than ten years and I respect and embrace her compassion and knowledge.nI am grateful that she cares deeply about her patients. Thank you Dr. Naoom!nMy problem is with the office staff! Early December, 2023, I made an appointment to see Dr. Naoom for a physical check-up on January 2, 2024 at 9 AM. Nobody bothered to remind me about the appointment standard procedures from my dentist and physical therapist, either through e-mail or home phone. Someone could have contacted me at 8:45 AM this morning because I live only 5 minutes from the clinic. I thought the appointment would be at 9:30 AM.nTo the office staff: your help, cooperation, and communication would be sincerely appreciated if you had taken just one minute to contact me!

My family has been with Dr. Tao for years, and she is always so nice. My mom felt dizzy last week and we got appointment booked right away. When Dr. Tao checked with my mom, she was so patient to ask the questions, test the balance in different ways, exam the ears etc. and the most amazing part is she was listening to my mom the whole time. Our appointment ran way longer than normal. We got clear explanation on what might cause the dizziness and what tests my mom will need to get. I feel so lucky and grateful to have a family doctor like Dr. Rannie Tao.

We recently switched from another medical clinic at Country Hill Landing to this Hampton Pinnacle Medical centre. What a Night and Day difference : The staffs at Hampton clinic are efficient, professional and courteous. Our new family doctor, Dr Mpisi : super friendly, caring and supportive. Highly recommended this clinic and super grateful to have Dr Mpisi to take our whole family under her care.
