The UPS Store

I have been visiting The UPS Store at 500 Country Hills Blvd NE #612, Calgary for many years and have always appreciated their service. I also know the owner personally. However, my experience today was disappointing.nnI waited nearly 20 minutes just to be served, even though there was only one customer ahead of me. The staff member assisting them seemed inexperienced, which is understandable, but handling such tasks during peak pickup hours isn't ideal. There were two other staff members who did not even acknowledge my presence.nnFinally, Kari took care of my service, but she was also assisting other staff in between. What should have taken less than a minute ended up costing me almost 30 minutes. This is the first time I’ve had such a slow experience here, and I hope they can improve efficiency during busy hours.

i wasn’t home when my package was delivered so i needed to pick it up which it’s perfectly fine and i understand it takes time for the truck to drop off the package at my pick up location so after i got the email my package was ready for pick up i went to pick it up and the guy at front said he didn’t know where my package was so i waited till the next day and then called this location to ensure my package was there and the guy on phone told me yes i could pick it up now and when i got there the same guy at the front told me it wasn’t there and i would have to come back on tuesday. he was rude and not helpful at all so i sent my mom in there 5 minutes later and she comes out with my package they had the whole time… terrible service

The customer service is top notch. I needed to ship my golf clubs to B.C and the gentleman, I believe his name is Calvin, customized a box to fit my clubs as well as stayed past his shift to help wrap and seal the box making it ready to ship. The skill, effort and time you put in is greatly greatly appreciated. Thank you again for the extraordinary service!!

Had an amazing experience at this store with the great customer service. Calvin was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He pays good attention to details and made the process super easy! Would definitely recommend this store!

I went in to get a package shipped out as that is what they do. They charged me an extra $3 just to print a label. Plus two guys working and only one of them can do a shipment. Not really sure what services they are offering. Unacceptable!
