I did the road test. I failed the first time, but I passed the second time. My examiner, Abderra was very kind and professional. He tried to calm me down and made me feel comfortable. I was awful during the first road test, but he said some very encouraging words. They helped me keep my chin up. I really appreciate having had the chance to meet him and take the road test with him again. The staff there were also very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place.

Went there couple months back to extend health card validity but was told documents we presented were not valid. The very same documents we presented in another registry but we were well taken cared of. Staff are not accommodating to say the least. Too bad this could have been convenient as this is only a 5min drive.nnBetter to drive far north in North Hill mall or Chinook area where they have knowledgeable and pleasant staff.

Okay, I agree that I may have made some violations, what about rude behavior? When we visit the registry, it clearly states to be nice to the staff and not be rude to them, but what about the staff's rude behavior toward customers without any reason? You cannot ignore all the reviews that clearly show the examiner has a very rude attitude.

My experience at this registry was beyond terrible. The staff here are not just unhelpful—they’re downright incompetent and incredibly rude. I went in to change my last name on my health card, and they made me fill out the wrong documents twice, wasting my time.nOn my third visit, I encountered the most unpleasant woman at the desk—a white lady who seemed to take pleasure in making customers feel small. She talked down to me like I was an idiot, constantly cutting me off before I could even finish a sentence. Her snide facial expressions made it clear she thought she was highly intellectual, as if she was somehow better than everyone else in the room.nIf you value your time and sanity, stay far away from this registry. The people who work here are treating customers so poorly it make me sick. Do yourself a favor and drive to the other side of the city if you have to—anywhere is better than this place. The NE Registry in Taradale and Sunridge actually has staff who are patient and nice. Also, don’t bother saying you do not have that kind of staff, YOU are part of the problem for being totally in denial and not addressing negative feedback like this.nEDIT: Thank you for addressing my concerns. This was my genuine experience, and it left me feeling incredibly frustrated, especially since my kids were with me during these visits. My intention was not to be derogatory but to express how deeply upsetting this situation was. I hope my feedback helps improve the service for future customers, as no one should leave feeling the way I did.

We canceled the road test; but the customer service agent insisted to keep the deposit. I would like the registry to refund it on my account. we simply just need a refund until we are ready to take the test. Thank you!
