I had a terrible experience today when I took my baby for his vaccines. I arrived 2 minutes late for my appointment and the nurse took some time to go meet us in the waiting area. Then she was complaining that we were late which I did not understand because she was the one who left me waiting and did everything in a rush. Didn’t answer some questions that I had because there was no time but spent like 10 min talking about eating solids something that my baby’s pediatrician had already talked to me about. When there was 5 min remaining, she rushed all vaccines like she was injecting a cow, not delicate at all. She also did not let me breastfeed my baby right after to calm him down, something that I did after the other vaccines at a different location. Don’t take your kids to this location.

We've gotten our babies 1 month and 4 month vaccines here. The folks are all super nice. We get in and out quickly. The vaccines are done by experienced nurses who are well trained and know what they are doing. Facility is a bit older and they did have some damage a 5-6 months ago, but they made the best of it and apologized.

Me and my wife was there for first time for our six months olds vaccination. We were attended by a nurse name Doris. Doris was exceptional with her service and provided us with all information related to any queries we had even when it was not related to the vaccine. She went above and beyond to get us right information for our additional questions. She is truely a role model for service and care. We hope to see her again when visit this place. Thank you Doris.

Jessica was excellent and made sure I had accurate information to move forward with my vaccinations. Michelle was also amazing, I am very nervous around needles but she was very clear and thorough when she gave me the information for the vaccine and super fast and accurate with the shot itself. The receptionists were also very polite and kind!

Amazing experience in getting a tetanus shot. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Amanda and Laurel were very professional. Provided clear instructions and executed everything to perfection. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work folks. Many thanks for all you do!
