Staff in ER is overworked and understaffed.  They are tired irritable.  I have found this on multiple times.  Rest of the hospital is fine but most of us have to go through the ER.

Emergency was a horrible place to be. I came in with abdominal pain and for one month I can barely hold food in my stomach. Then after 14 hours for a blood test and my results  . They send me home at 2 am. Stating that they can't do anything for me cause my blood tests came back normal. 
This place is a joke

If you want the best care and to be treated like a human being, then this hospital is not for you.
