This hospital is incredible. My husband was having a heart attack and the ER doctors and staff were fast and efficient. We arrived at 5:30pm and by 7 pm, he had an artery unblocked and a stent put in and so many other tests. The experience was less frightening by their total seriousness and look of competence. Hard to be afraid when they are so honest and reassuring.nVery good nursing and support workers up on the 5th floor coronary unit.nDr. Garceau and his residents, were very kind and gave great care.nI Love this hospital for its efficiency. Even the secretaries deserve a shout out for patience and great customer care.nKEEP IT UP!nSmall hospital with a big Heart!

Visited my father at the hospital for not even 1 hour i went to pay for my parking and it charged me 60$ i only noticed after leaving the hospital when checking my bank so i called them and they told me to come back for the refund. I went back 2 days later to security to ask for a refund and we had to explain it multiple times as they just did not understand what we were saying and then started to get angry and tell us off, throwing the interac machine at us and saying theres signs everywhere to go see them if you have a problem um that is exactly what we did however i actually did not see these signs however and i told them if the signs were in french i probably did not understand as my first language is English and they said it was not there problem that i did not understand they were clearly upset i am an anglophone but i was communicating to them in french. I dont even understand what the point was about the signs as we did go and see them for a refund. They continued to be agressive i had to tell them multiple times to end the conversation as they escalated to an unnecessary level for absolutely no reason telling us they have beautiful signs all over the hospital. I guess they really like the signs that they have that they felt the need to try and mock us and get super agressive and keep mentioning it. We are shocked at how unprofessional,rude,abnoxious and entitled the security at this hospital think they are!!!!!FOR A MISTAKE YOUR MACHINE MADE!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing Doctors and nurses, all very professional, better than a 5 star hotel. However, the cafeteria employees, cooks and cashiers, have ZERO customer service skills. It was like talking to dummies. 1 star is for the cafeteria employees.

Never in my life have I seen a hospital take such good care of a patient. Marie Lou is exceptional. 10/10 care

I had a catheter ablation done here yesterday for svt, and I just wanted to leave a review, which I almost never do, but I was just super impressed with the facilities here and how I was treated as a patient! I’m only 17, and I mainly speak English, although I do speak some French. Even though most of the staff here are francophone, all the nurses and doctors I met with made an effort to help me understand all the processes clearly even though there was a tiny bit of language barrier. Furthermore, all the times I went in for testing, up until the day where I went in for surgery, everyone was super attentive with me and very patient. Especially on the day of surgery where I was being prepared for the ablation, the nurses made sure I wasn’t cold and provided me with extra blankets and made sure they answered any of my questions, which I honestly didn’t have because they made everything very clear. Even when I was on the operating table, my anesthesiologist reassured me and made sure I wasn’t nervous at all. Honestly my whole experience with the mhi went very smooth and surpassed all my expectations. This hospital is by far the best one I’ve gone to. The care I’ve received before at other ones don’t even come close! Don’t be afraid to come here even if you are not fluent in French!
