I survived a cardiac arrest and went here for my surgery before and after. As well as all the tests that went along with it.nVery clean, orderly and you feel like you are among professionals.nOne of my Nurses, Nils, did an incredible job, his service went above and beyond and he made 3 -4 of my days there actually enjoyable. He has incredible bed side manners.nI hope to not go back often, but if I need to, I am confident in how I will be treated.

I had a catheter ablation done here yesterday for svt, and I just wanted to leave a review, which I almost never do, but I was just super impressed with the facilities here and how I was treated as a patient! I’m only 17, and I mainly speak English, although I do speak some French. Even though most of the staff here are francophone, all the nurses and doctors I met with made an effort to help me understand all the processes clearly even though there was a tiny bit of language barrier. Furthermore, all the times I went in for testing, up until the day where I went in for surgery, everyone was super attentive with me and very patient. Especially on the day of surgery where I was being prepared for the ablation, the nurses made sure I wasn’t cold and provided me with extra blankets and made sure they answered any of my questions, which I honestly didn’t have because they made everything very clear. Even when I was on the operating table, my anesthesiologist reassured me and made sure I wasn’t nervous at all. Honestly my whole experience with the mhi went very smooth and surpassed all my expectations. This hospital is by far the best one I’ve gone to. The care I’ve received before at other ones don’t even come close! Don’t be afraid to come here even if you are not fluent in French!

I came to the emergency last night as I was not feeling very well. From the moment I walked in to the moment I saw the doctor I was well taken care of. I feel hospitals have so may bad reviews but this one deserves alot of recognition. A special shout out to Dc Gilbert Boucher in emergency, the most human doctor I have ever met God bless you , and here's to your continued success

The best staff ever! I can never thank them enough.I didn't know what issues I had but they rushed tirage. Explained every test & scan along the way. I may have heart issues but I'll have a long life with their help.

I had an ablation done in June 2025, since then I have not had any follow up what so ever from them. I was supposed to receive a call in 3 months to make sure everything was ok but no call. I have tried to call them many times and get the run around and dumped into a robot voice message. I still have serious issues with my heart even after the procedure. I am worried I could have a stroke at anytime. I truly hope that doesn’t happen because they to me would be a law suit!!
