Pho Mimosa

The food here reminds me of good childhood food memories. I've stopped by twice in the space of two days and enjoyed both meals. The first time was just after 2pm and I had the place to myself after the lunch rush. The first meal was their rice and beef rib with a extra serving of grill pork along with a drip coffee. The meal was fantastic and the coffee was just like I remembered. The second meal was just before lunch and was their pho with beef rib. Again, the broth was flavourful and the ribs were delicious. All prices are reasonable and the service quick. Would definitely visit again when I'm in Vancouver.

Chicken was too salty, dry and thin. I think it was just a chicken thigh beat thin to appear larger than it is. Fish sauce was also on the salty side so didn’t use much of it. Spring rolls were average-good. I enjoyed the beef short ribs vermicelli bowl though. It was tasty and did not disappoint. I’ll be back to try the pho and other items but won’t get the chicken again.

Really good food with great atmosphere and music. Really enjoyed my time here and the staff were super friendly. The food was very flavourful and juicy. Rice was not dry but super good too

Truly I say to you, if nothing else please order the beef rib pho. The meat is absolutely tender and the broth is full of flavour. The profile is balanced and clean. Also had the lemongrass pork summer rolls and the deep fried chicken wings which were great supporting rolls to the beef rib.

THE BEST PHO I’ve ever had. I’m not the biggest pho fan but I’d fly to Vancouver from Toronto to have this pho. The taste and fresh ingredients are incredible. We went there late night for a feel good food as it was pretty cold and oh man it made us feel good. Highly recommend trying the spring rolls as well, thin layer packed with stuffing, not your normal small spring roll. From the pictures you can tell Misch is super happy after that meal. Very friendly staff and amazing customer service. They also serve alcohol and beer on tap. I’ll stop by their restaurant everytime I’m in Vancouver. Vegetarian options: From vegetarian pho to spring rolls Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly restaurant. Parking: You could park right in the front in street, or just by intersection there’s a public parking that is 2 min walk to restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Street level so definitely accessible for anyone with knee issues and wheelchair. No stairs.

A Vietnamese gem in Vancouver! Our family of 5 came here today and all of us were very pleased with our orders. I especially loveeeee the papaya salad it’s legit the best I’ve had. The spot is clean and service was polite and personable, and definitely lives up to the hype. I don’t normally write reviews, but we happened to meet the owner today and learned about the business and how they strive to bring the best quality of Viet food to the city. Being Vietnamese born and raised ourselves, and being abroad now missing good Viet food constantly, we really appreciated the sentiment and the quality of food reflected. Will definitely come back!

I love pho, so when I saw Pho Mimosa had just opened up I had to try it out. While looking their their menu, I saw something I've never seen at any local pho restaurant that I've been to. It was pho with beef ribs. I tried it out and it was the best decision I made all week. It was the best bowl of pho I had. I will be back again.

If you're on Granville street and looking for something savory or comforting. This place has got you covered. Interior was clean and service was exceptional! I was curious this restaurant since it has more than 200 reviews with 5 stars. The overall taste was not bad but the papaya salad was quiet bad. Since the price was affordable, I would give 4 stars.
