Mr. Osman is very professional and well organized. He is very patient when he replies to questions and inquires. He answered all questions in details and very quickly. Mr. Osman finished my visa in no time. Also, he finished the visa for my family several times as well. I strongly recommend him.

Mr. Osman was extremely professional and efficient. I was told by some of the other agents that there is no way to expedite getting my visa even if I did pay extra. On the contrary, Mr. Osman was able to get my visa within 3 business days and he was very thorough and well-informed. He called to let me know that it was ready in Ottawa and had it couriered to my house directly for a Saturday delivery.
