The staff are great. I have been going here for over a year and using the doggie daycare and boarding. I would definitely recommend this place for both. As for the actual store they have a great selection and reasonable prices.

Every time I take my Yorkie lola to either the hotel or the grooming salon there is always an issue. This time, I took her to the grooming salon and since I took her one hour earlier they made me pay for the pets hotel. Also, I specifically asked to please leave the hair as long as possible. They pretty much shaved her completely. But it really seems that they did not even try. The note they left me on the report Was very unpleasant. I truly wish there where for groomers and hotels so I would never have to go here again

Krystal the groomer did great trimming my dogs nails. My dog always gives a hard time even with my local vet. Sometimes it can't be done. But with her my dog was great and he did not get pinned by anyone or held by a person. My local vet needed 3. He felt so comfortable with her and so did I. :) friendly atmosphere.

Great place to shop, they have a much bigger selection than most, and they actually have fun and cool items for small pets, which I haven't seen before at other locations. They have fantastic grooming service- except I must say, I brought my old family dog here for a bath, ear cleaning, blow dry ect. and they forgot the cotton balls in her ears which I hadn't noticed until the next morning, I'm going to try out my vets grooming service at Ottawa Barrhaven Animal Hospital which does all that for cheaper too! They offer boarding too which is very helpful and some rooms even have their own tv's which is very cool- their play areas are a little small though and maybe a little stressful for the dogs with all the people looking in the window. otherwise good clean place.

My kids love coming here. It's hard for me to get them to leave! The staff is always very friendly and helpful and seem very knowledgeable. It is a very large store with tons of different products and brands. Prices seem fair (a little more expensive than Walmart but more choices and points system) and the shelves are always fully stocked and well labeled. There's a doggy day cam, dog hotel, animal grooming services and cat adoption services on site. All animals sold and/or watched here seem very healthy and well taken care of. We have bought a few fish from here and they are still doing very well years later.
