I tried to return a product to them and they essentially accused me of stealng it. Their customer service is really awful. They do however have some good prices on pet food but not on pet accessories such as feeding bowls.

Really nice inside. Has cat just chilling inside which was nice. I was almost immediately asked if I needed help. It was a great shopping experience.

There is some kind of storewide hate for me and my client when we shop here. Let me explain. My client is disabled and can't pick up her own kitty litter for her cat. So she gets me to do it, but do you think paying for her items over the phone is a nice experience for her? The answer is NO. She is ALWAYS treated rudely and with contempt. That rudeness is equally shared with me as someone who comes to pick it up on her behalf. Why? I don't know. I'm just telling you all how I'm treated by almost every staff member who takes the order over the phone. We are searching for similar products at Walmart with free delivery, and we found them. If the cat likes the Walmart products, we have absolutely no reason to shop here again. Shame that a business, in this day and age, is not more accommodating to the differently abled when it comes to the convenience of a transaction, but here we are, and away we leave.

Huge food selection, and last time I went, there was a cute cat walking around with such a divine presence that s/he needed a quick pet! Friendly staff and they stock some of the high-rated cat gear you see online like Da Bird refills and decent carbon-filter water fountains. They were out of stock of what I was trying to buy a couple of times, but aside from that, it's a good place to shop.
