Natural Pet Food Ottawa

Great dog store. They usually have all kinds of weird stuff that's actually pretty great. Plus lots of dogs running around in store. Good service too!

We went to Natural Pet Food Ottawa looking for a specific supplement for our dog. The first staff member I encountered was friendly but not extremely knowledgeable. I asked about a satisfaction guarantee on the label of the product and was ensured that they would uphold the guarantee by refunding an open product (which is against their normal policy). Upon returning to the store to return the product (dog wouldn't eat the supplement) I was given a long winded speech about how that isn't their policy and was accused of trying to take advantage of their business. After a long discussion I was told they would contact the distributor and get back to me. Over a week passed and I had not received a call back so I contacted the distributor myself. The rep confirmed that indeed the responsibility falls on the store to uphold the satisfaction guarantee. I called the store back and had to leave a voicemail. When I received a call back they claimed that my phone must be broken because they apparently tried calling me multiple times, again trying to blame me instead of taking ownership of the situation. In the end they refunded the price of the supplement as store credit which we promptly used and will never return. TL,DR: stay away. Terrible customer service.

Amazing pet food quality, at reasonable prices - not much more than the 'big' brands for the amount of nutrition supplied. Very good stock of Canadian made wet and dry food! Customer service is second to none, with good incentives to buy cases/bulk.

Enzo and I love coming here for his grooming and treats. The staff are wonderful and friendly! He always look like a million buck after his grooming with Jen. Iam happy to support this small local business to stay afloat.

Good quality food. My dog loves boreal lamb dry food and has no health issues whenever he eats food from here
