Very good grooming of my Akita ... Kira looks so good and I want to thanks Jessica for her performance! The place is very accessible with a parking right in front of the store. They charged me a fair amount for my double coated Akita... I will come back anytime for their friendly services. Excellent service... Toileteur très abordable et toutes mes félicitations à Jessica! We decided to go the pampered pet because of all the nice reviews; bad choice. The back-end looked unsanitary and the lady who clipped my puppy’s nails seemed inexperienced. It was also really expensive for just a cut/rounding nails. Overall, my pup was not happy & neither were we. We will be sticking to Petsmart & Pet Value!

I took my old cat here to get her cleaned up. She was a mess. The staff was amazing. Shea (sp?), the groomer, was very gentle and professional. I would highly recommend this place. The price was also very reasonable.

Had two of my big dogs nails cut by a girl named sam. it was nice that i could just walk in with no appointment but she was not a nice person. very straight faced and annoyed. shouldn’t be working with animals. especially since when my dogs whimpered she would just say “shh” and not check if they were okay. my one dog is a drama queen so i wasn’t very worried but my second older dog never wines unless shes hurt. i won’t be bringing my dogs back here as spa staff are not friendly i suppose.

I went to The Pampered Pet store yesterday after going to 2 different vet clinics trying to figure out a way to help my rabbit heal from severe dry skin that he has had for months. I was ALMOST convinced that he was suffering from fur mites but it was impossible that he had mites because after moving to Quebec his cage has been cleaned often. After keeping an eye on my precious little lop ear I have discovered it was just dry skin. I had read several articles and one by a vet saying that advantix would work but later finding out that it would cause more harm than good. The guy that works at The Pampered Pet saved my life in the hunt on something that would work for dry skin. He suggested Bag Balm which is something that you would use on cattle. So I took his word for it and bought the tin of this Bag Balm and tried it out. Its been almost 24 hours of use and my bunnies skin is beginning to clear up already. I couldnt be happier! He also suggested that if my rabbit ever does end up developing mites that I could get this stuff called Diatomaceus Earth which is a non toxic powder that i could get that is 100% effective against mites. He was increasingly knowledgeable and saved me a buttload of money in the end. This guy deserves a raise. He saved my bunnies sanity as he has now stopped scratching so much and his patch of fur is growing back in. Thank you so so much for your help and for the information that you have provided. 5 stars!
