The staff at this store is awesome, especially Tyler in the grooming salon. He is the best groomer we have ever used. He is also very good with dogs that are a bit difficult to handle. The store is brand new and extremely well maintained.

Nice store but stay away from the groomers. My dog had a bad experience there with a groomer who wasn't patient with him. I will not be returning.

Very poorly run petsmart, understaffed have to hunt someone down and get attitude. Tried to buy birds was told to pay for them up front and then find her again, paid for them after many mistakes from cashier. After I paid I asked where's my birds was told to wait there for them they never came... Asked for refund and was told was errors on receipt... The clown show never ended. Avoid this place if possible.

Great, friendly staff - very helpful. I bought two snakes from Petsmarts here in Ottawa and was very glad to see staff still interested to hear how the snakes are doing, years after buying them. Prices are decent. For customers with reptiles -- One of the only downsides is that occasionally they won't have certain sizes of frozen rodents in stock, however they get new shipments in regularly and they will let you know when to come back in to get them.

They are nice and friendly but they mostly make things up. They don't really know anything about animals.
