Great friendly service. We picked up a ton of stuff for our new puppy coming. Everyone was super helpful and eager to make suggestions and give us detailed information on toys, bedding. Food choices. The store was very clean and easy to navigate. I spent about $300 and made a joke that I thought the one item was a discount card but in fact a little license plate my wife slipped in. The Girl at the cash registry gave a little chuckle and let me know it was not a gift card but anothet item that cost more money lol. That's the kind of service I appreciate these days because it's been extremely stressful the last 2 years and sometimes a little humour makes the experience all that much better
I've been to this Petsmart twice and have both bad experiences, today was the 2nd time and last. I've never been in a Petstore that the employee's never say hi or anything to my dog. Went for a nail cut with a Chihuahua. At 9:30 am the employee I talked to already was stressed, wide-eyed and vibrating. Petsmart has a big communication break down between their call center and stores. The person in charge of the grooming was nice enough to tell use we needed proof shes had her rabies shot. I get it but we were not told by their call center and wasted 10 km of gas to find out. To me everytime I go to this location it seems all the employee's don't want to there. When customers ask where something is, walk with them and actually show them where it is.DON'T POINT, Its rude and lacks luster. Pointing isn't a customer service skill. Say hi to the animals coming through the door, Its your job to make it a good experience even if your miserable, again a customer service skill. We won't be back.
Got my dog groomed here and they did a horrible job. I went to Courtney, she left my poor Dog with 2-3 cuts on his skin. And shaved him all the way down. Never coming back here ever again. I would give it negative stars if i could.
Went here to buy my elderly cat a special meal because she seemed bummed out that we had to give her a bath two days in a row. She loved the meal so much that she gorged herself into a severe diabetic shock and died. Sad story but she really really loved that last meal. Thank you PetSmart for providing a tasty treat for my beautiful cat’s final meal.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable here. 2 different young ladies had to suffer many obscure strange questions for me about different types of fishes and how to take care of them. Though they were extremely busy they did a great job helping me out. I was able to set up an aquarium for my son with a beautiful betta fish for under 90 bucks.
This is an okay pet store. The staff are so somewhat helpful, although sometimes they seem to not know what they are talking about when you ask for something specific. The prices are close to what other pet stores in the area charge, but the store is quite large and has a really good selection of products.
The fish look very nice but have tons of parasites, they are usually visible to the naked eye so just make sure you inspect any fish you want to purchase thoroughly with a bright light before buying or just buy some medicine if you find some on the fish and treat it at home. Parasites on white scaled fish are extra difficult to see because the parasites are also white hairlike worms and ick so check extra carefully or you will have a dead fish in a few weeks.
This is the worst PetSmart I have ever been! I took my dog for her grooming appt and the groomer rejected her saying she had too much knots. I would be okay with that if she wasn't grooming dogs with much more knots and much bigger than my cavapoo. It was very frustrating and disappointing to us, regular customers. The manager also was not helping at all saying she couldn't do anything about it. I never thought my dog would be discriminated like that! I wil never take my dog back at this store! Also I took my dog to another groomer in Auburn Bay and she did a perfect and beautiful grooming at my dog, with no issues and also much cheaper!
Only thing I have to complain about is their variety of fish which are pretty basic, and they keep their bettas in little unheated cups. They're not the only pet store to do this, though. Otherwise, it's a perfectly good petstore . The dog and cat items have a lot of variety. I love their pet adoptions are local.
Our Labradoodle, Max was in for grooming today. He says he had a wonderful time, was well treated, and obviously came out looking very handsome. He specifically mentioned Courtney as his latest favorite groomer. He is recommending that his canine friends make a special trip to see her!
