Becca in the grooming salon has been grooming both of my pups for almost 7 years now. She is amazing. One of my dogs has anxiety problems and Becca took extra time with her during her first few grooms to establish a relationship and my girl has less issues going in to see her. Becca has always been attentive to any special needs my dogs have had over the years. I know my dogs are in great hands with her. 100% recommend Becca.

The store itself and the manager are amazing. The reason for the bad review is that today I took my dog in for grooming and was quoted $73 on the website and at the store this morning. When I went to pay i got charged $99, I questioned it and was told because my Maltese was taller then other Maltese he's not classified a Maltese. After letting her know that have been grooming for the last 2 years and he hasn't grown since his last 6 weeks ago. She changed the price for today but moving forward the charge is 99. What a joke this is.
