I love this store.. They always treat my pets so well when we go in, they have an excellent supply of good quality raw food at reasonable prices. I also love to follow them on Facebook.. They really encourage customer engagement and have great promos and contests.

Just wanted to recognize the fantastic service and overall experience from our favourite pet foods store. We've been coming here since it first opened and have always been wowed. It doesn't seem to matter if we're dealing directly with the owners, their daughter, or the various staff - customer service is always exceptional. They've even gone so far as to ask for general feedback - particularly when there's a new staff member - as they want to ensure the integrity is maintained. I honestly can't think of ever having that happen with any other business. The prices are in line with other stores, and they have a great program for dog food (probably cats too) where after buying a certain number of bags, you get one free. As we spend about $70/bag, this is a pretty significant savings. I'm also impressed with their willingness to order in a specific item if it's not something they typically carry. And of course my dog gets spoiled every time he walks in the door so he's throwing his vote in as well :) Thanks for making it so easy to support local business! Signed...a very happy customer

Really helpful and friendly staff. Once a year in October they have a customer appreciation day. The first 400 people get “GOODY TREAT BAGS” well worth the LONG LINE UPS! Get there early between 7-8 am! And 20% off everything in store...other than food, which was 10% off.

I have always loved Global Pet Foods, this location especially. The owners and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.. very willing to listen and help in every way!! I have been frequenting this store since they have opened and still believe it is well worth the trip across the city. Bonus, if they do not have what you are looking for, they can usually order it in for you.. and then keep it stocked! They quite honestly should be getting the Calgary small business award (IMHO).. they have regular sales and customer appreciation days and they help out local shelters..all with price comparable product with the big box stores! They are local owned!! They actually care and take time to remember you. #beststoreever!

This place is amazing! Staff are knowledgeable and kind. The owner is a saint! If you don’t get Tyrone pet food and accessories here, you are shopping at the wrong place! Thanks guys!!
