Welcome to Pet Planet Chestermere Station

We are Grant and Lynn and we are the franchise operators of the Chestermere Station Pet Planet in Chestermere, Alberta. We have been open since mid May, 2011 serving Chestermere and area. We are located in Chestermere Station between Safeway and Movie Express.

Our goal as franchise operators are parallel to those of Pet Planet. Jeff and his staff were so helpful getting medical supplies for my cat on Remembrance Day. They close at 5 but I couldn’t be there til 6:30, he came back to the store and gave me what l needed. Great to see business going the extra mile. Decently will be going back and supporting!! Thank you again Jeff and staff.

The staff at this location are awesome.  Always engaging and great with our dogs Miss Milo and Patches love going for a visit.

This is my regular spot to buy my puppy the food/stuff he needs. They always treat me with a welcome and offers help in any way! Love this place

Absolutely love this store. The staff who work here are so friendly and love when we bring our senior staffy in. They carry a huge selection of high quality food and treats, and they carry a lot of chew treats, our girl loves the esophagus and pig snout most. They can order stuff in for you, and they're always quick. Really love this store, and glad it's so close to home!

I gotta take the time to post a review. I never do this even for great service. However, I have to take the time to promote, pat on the back and pump the tires of the owners and staff at Pet Planet in Chestermere. Honestly probably some of the best service, above and beyond customer care and appreciation I've ever experienced. I can't say enough about this store and how they treat their customers with and without fur. Proud to have this store in our little town. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for all that you do!

Had a REALLY GREAT visit here today! Adopted a 1 year old mix, came in feeling overwhelmed. Was immediately recommended a highly rated food and a few toys to get us started off tonight. She took the time to make us a CUSTOM dog tag for FREE, gave us a FREE goody bag of treats welcoming our pup to the club and a sample of the food to try to see if our dog would like it before we cracked the big bag. AMAZING experience and incredible service. Thank you!

I just met Charlene and she was so nice and knowledgeable. She helped me look at cat harnesses and carriers for my kitty . Definitely consider coming by for your pet needs!
