Staff was friendly and very informative. I went in with the intent of finding dog food better suited to my pup's needs. I left in less than an hour with great advice on what to look for when buying dog food and the pros and cons of several brands. I bought a bag of kibble that has immensely helped my dog's health and digestive system since I started her on it! Their points program seems decent as well, and so I plan on continuing to buy food and supplies from Pisces in the future.

I've been faithfully buying all of my dogs food, toys, and pet care products from Pisces for nearly 3 years and I've always been blown away by the amazing service and selection in the store. However, my last 2 visits were HIGHLY disappointing. Last week, I asked if they could order in the larger size of my dogs supplement, I was told "this is the largest size the product comes in" which was a blatant lie. I would have rather been told that Pisces does not special order certain products for customers than be lied to. Today, I was in the store again to buy a harness that I had seen last week. When it was rung in at the till it came to almost $20 more than the tag on the rack indicated... the same tag that I read a week ago. So make sure you get a price check before you get too excited about buying a product because some tags are for looks only.

Pricier than other stores, but the staff are always very pleasant and knowledgeable about the marine fish I purchase here. Though it's pricier, it has a good selection of fish available, usually at the time I'm looking for them. They also have a good selection of captive bred marine fish, which are hardier and less harmful for the ocean.

helpful staff who helped us pet-noobs through the process of purchasing a budgie. we had done a lot of research online prior, but having the info confirmed by knowledgeable pet-loving staff put us at ease. had gone to a big box pet store hours earlier and not only did nobody talk to us, but their pets seemed to be sadly in more distress :( highly recommend Pisces Exotica Pet Emporium.

Friendly staff and helpful. The events/programs they set up occasionally for kids are great. Love going through their fish side feels like an aquarium. Products are pricey.
