There is an old man. He didn't give me a cigarette even though I showed my ID. He's shouting. His ears are hard of hearing. Even though I said yes, he did not give me the cigarette.

On Wednesday October 4 at 10pm, I went to this gas station to get gas and I paid for 30$ extra. It wasn’t working so I told the elderly man over counter that it didn’t work because it’s the wrong selection, he then started arguing back and forth with me when all I wanted was to understand why I was charged and the pump wasn’t working. He proceeded to tell me to leave because I told him I asked for extra and he said there’s no such thing as “extra”. My card was charged after I left with NO GAS and he gave me a fake receipt. Thankfully my bank is investigating and I will get my money back. Very rude old man with the worst customer service. Worst attitude ever. His attitude will surely have a lot of people not coming back to this gas station. Disgusting.

If i could give zero stars I would. The old man working there at night is a extremely rude and not helpful at all. Customer service at a 0. He raised his voice at me and started yelling telling me to deal with stuff myself and call the cops if i don’t like it. I have never dealt with someone so rude

I love this gassation and everyone who works there for the past 29 years frowing uo living in the area ecspecailly those who work in the noght are extremly genrous and humble workers to the owner of shell gas station I recently witnessed nighttime workers, get harassed by someone who felt like they were very entitled wonderful workers at this location. It's just the customers that come and make it a bad place but your workers change your ground and have many regulars coming in and out of the gas station. Please do not remove the workers iver the customers stupidity as a regular i dont stand by worker getting harrassed as much as the reviews say u cant belive what everyone writes or tell you but i wouldnt be taking my time to write a honest review Tale care of your workers n its not fair going off other peoples stories be fair

The old man that works evenings was harrasing my girlfriend, and made racists remarks towards her, coperate needs to do something about this guy because I know many people that have had problems with him, one time somebody broke a window, and there was glass all over the ground in front of the pumps, I accidentally drove over it because there was no warning or pylons to block traffic from driving over the glass, once i let the clerk know about it, he told me hes not gonna clean it, came back the next day and the glass was still there! Extremely unprofessional.
