Ambiance and vibe were spot on. The smoked meat sandwich was very good The fries were fantastic as well, but the back bacon burger primarily the bun was very dry was only average at best. Wait staff and friendly and prompt so certainly was worth visiting.

Feels like you’re eating at your grandparents home for dinner! Generous portions, well seasoned dishes and fantastic customer service — decent prices too. It’s one of my go-to restaurants to bring friends/family who are visiting from out of town. We ordered small souvlaki dinner Not small at all!!, calamari for appetizer and ordered the deli corned beef sandwich to go for the S.O.

The food is amazing! The service is great and the old style of the restaurant is cozy and nice! My boyfriend and I ordered the small souvlaki plate with fries and carrot cake as a dessert. The souvlaki is delicious and more than enough for one person, the fries were a little bit overcooked but it was okay, the carrot cake was fantastic and we are definitely coming back soon. Even though it took a little while to get our food it was worth it the time we waited. We can't wait to come back!!

I was looking for nearby restaurants and was intrigued by this one. The food and the service are amazing, portions are quite large so make sure to bring a big appetite! Definitely a new favorite, I'll continue adding pictures as we visit againFood: 5/5

Get your food and service together Peter's on Eglinton...when all your elderly clientele pass on, you will have no one left.....I'm happy to pay for expensive meals but the quality has to be there. My first visit was pretty good, my dad and I had the reuben sandwich and the service was great, but the portions were more than massive. I've been talking to friends about this restaurant but after my second visit I will never recommend Peter's on Eglinton. The julienne salad for $18 was an amateur, all iceberg lettuce and overly large. It came with a small cup of house dressing that was thick and impossible to spread over the massive plate. The eggs were over cooked and the meat was slimy. The fish and chips were $24 for one piece of fish and the coleslaw was dry and flavourless. We ordered items we didn't receive and the server who took our order blamed it on other staff. To make it worse my dad and I both ate from my salad and we were both sick. #leftoversfromoldplates

This was my second time visiting and both have been consistently good food, service, and the environment! I cannot speak to much of the menu as I had the smoked meat sandwich both times, but this one item is marvelous. I would highly recommend a visit here if you haven't tried it before!

Really good food and big portions. We were treated so well. This was my first time eating there and I will definitely be coming back.

Five stars! First time here and was not disappointed. Gus was our waiter. He was very witty and fun to be served by. The portions are great. Will come back for certain!

Great restaurant with absolutely friendly and nice staff. We ate small souvlaki pork. The portion was huge and so tasty!!
