Story

We’re a little of this, a little of that and a whole new take on Italian.
We’re inspired by Italian passion and generosity. We like tables crowded with friends and family. Style without attitude. And of course, excellent cuisine.In true Italian fashion, we rely on fresh ingredients. Our pasta is made fresh in-house daily. We make fresh mozzarella every day and offer made to order mozzarella dishes from 5pm-9pm. Our chefs prepare two signature meatballs every day. Our meatballs are so big we’re sure you won’t leave hungry.

Had a reservation here on a Thursday night with some family. We wanted to catch up and thought this would be a great place because we had eaten there before. Got there at 7:30. Walked in and at the front door was some friendly greeters and a DJ which was unexpected. We got seated but realized that the music was way too loud to have a conversation. Left and went to Canyon Creek across the street. It was really nice and quiet enough to talk. Might go back to Scaddabush but will check if they have a DJ. Didn't know it was a club on a Thursday night.

Variety of options and great flavor. Only reason I’m not giving the 5th star is because being an Italian themed restaurant I find sad that they don’t offer bread with the food. Staff is friendly. Really nice atmosphere and patio seating for the summer. Recommended. Parking lot is limited.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here and it went great! We both LOVED how quick their service was, how accommodating our waiter was, food was fantastic and the overall dining experience was swell. Tip: If you're going for dinner, especially on a weekend, do call in advanced to book. Or just simply walk in before the busy times, we went around 5pm and got a table right away. The only turn off point of our visit was of how dimly lit it was in there, so if you don't like eating in the dark, request a table by the string of lights on one side of the room.

Thee Wait staff was amazing, with a very nice introduction to the place and recommendations from the menu, However I ordered the FETTUCCINE CAPRI the dish was great except for the PEI mussels which was very salty (I tried 2 pieces just to make sure it wasn't just the one which was salty), I mentioned it to the waitress and she offered to bring another serving of the mussels on the side, was obviously hungry and continued eating my pasta, when the second set of mussels arrived that was also very salty however not as salty as the ones before (I ate only one)...the manager came by to say how sorry she was and if there's anything else I would like to ORDER instead. What would have been a no charge item at other restaurants actually appeared on our bill when mentioned it to the waitress she went to see the manager and they charged us a staff purchase on the item instead, for an upscale restaurant i would have expected them to deleted that item off your bill but this wasn't the case. The other items we ordered were very delicious however beware of the Calamari Fritters as they're served dripping with oil. Don't think I'll be visiting here again.

Went to eat during peak hours and as such, the restaurant was packed with a longer than normal service. In spite of the Saturday night rush, the service team was nothing short of excellent. Our waitress, Elyse, was perfect throughout the entire night and ordered a dessert on the house for us. I am blown away with the service every time I come to Scaddabush but this experience was truly fantastic. If you do come here, I do recommend the Proscuitto Fresh Mozzarella with the Tomato Jam spread as it is something that is particularly unique at this restaurant and also delicious.
