Service was non-existent, and home fries were extremely salty. Not once did waitress return to our table to check how our meal was until we were done. Eggs cooked well, and bacon was tasty. Coffee a little bland. Good environment for kids, with take-away bottles for kids drinks very reasonably priced. Washrooms were clean, but hand dryer was broken with no paper towel facility.

Around 4:45pm of December 29,2017, I ordered medium well T-bone steak and shrimp. The old woman server, at that time trying to be smart asking how you like your steak to be done, I said medium well and the server said medium rare, I said no, medium well,again the server said ohh medium well,yes medium well, now we are confirmed how’s my steak to be done by repeating what I said and confirming what she heard. After few minutes, she brought me a well done T-Bone steak, and waiting for her to come back to check how’s the food, but no body come until the billing period and I asked her that my order is medium well not well done, she just said sorry and no other words. Isn’t it a good customer service? Try to walk in to my shoes. To all Concern, please learn to understand how the steak to be done.Otherwise go back to culinary school and learn your job to satisfied customers specially steak lovers. Thank you and hope that this will be the last customer dissatisfaction will experience at your Denny’s Dixie location.

Service was very poor, unfriendly staff. I ordered a cali club sandwich and asked no meat because I'm a vegan; bacon is not meat. Bacon is vegan according to the cook. Portions were small compared to the Brampton location (highway 7); they should send their staff to be trained at the Brampton location. I don't really right reviews for places. But I really had to this time. Skip this restaurant, I would drive a little further to Courtney park location.

Customer service was very poor. Guy on the night shift was least bothered about the customers. Not even attended us properly Will never return to this place. One at Hurontario and 401 was very good.

Fantastic selection on the menu to choose from. Pancakes are amazing! great service like around, especially Mary.
