I’m updating my review because I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication after I got my car back in June. It looks like they are only focus on selling you the car, once the sale is made and give you the keys they don’t care. When I was in the process of getting my car they were very diligent and had a great experience, that’s why I left a 5 star review but after I pick up the car they no longer answer my calls or texts. I’ve been waiting since June for a set of winter mats that they promise they were going to deliver and still nothing. When I tried to call, nobody answers.

i traded in my vehicle at Petawawa Kianthe service team was amazing until they made the sale,nas soon as i got my vehicle from Petawawa Kia the vehicle was making weird noises, i notice the break pads they installed on the vehicle was lose and vibrating while driving, i called the sale team right after i notice the issue and told them the situation, they told me to take the vehicle to get inspected to see what was wrong. i took the vehicle to another dealership to see what was wrong they stated Petawawa Kia installed the wrong parts on your vehicle and that was causing the issue and making the noises. i sent the sales team at Petawawa Kia all the information form the other dealer ship and invoices and they acknowledge that they mess up.nni have been trying to get these issue resolved on my vehicle for over 2 months and there sales team from there supervisor leading to there manager has been giving the run around like crazy. i have been texting and calling there supervisor and sales manager every couple of days to get a response but still nothing. last message i got from there team was the sale manager and he said to reach out to the service manager as he was going to be able to help me out, i have been trying to get a hold of the service manager for the last 2 weeks and he has not been answering or has call me back.nnI'm not sure what to do anymore but would strongly suggest not purchasing a vehicle here as they do not care about client once the sale is made.

We had a great experience with Kayden and Krystian during the entire process while purchasing both of our 2023 Kia Sportage’s back in September. Would highly recommend them! Also, this is the best vehicle I have driven by far.

We recently purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento for our Sevensma Snow Removal business, and the service we received at Kia made all the difference. Shout out to Christian and Ralph for helping us to find the perfect car for the winter season. We needed a car straight away and they were able to help us instantly. We felt well taken care of, and we're super happy with our Kia. Highly recommend Petawawa to anyone!

Purchased a used forte a year ago. Called service department to price out winter tires and rims. Service department didn't call back with quotes.nnWent to another tire shop less then a week after delivery, had to replace rear rims because they were bent, cracked with corrosion in them. Car shouldn't have passed safety certificate. But it somehow did.  A possible oversight I let go.nnDealer called to see if I was interested in trading it for a newer car. Didn't find a vehicle we could agree on but the experience was nice. Everything went smooth, but dealership was insistent on putting $1000 down, that wasn't required in the financing scenario, or complications wouldn't allow the vehicle to fit in the budget allotted. Sometimes this happens.nnDealership management followed up shortly later to identify what went wrong and to see if they could make a deal. Unfortunately that wasn't possible at the time as we had went to another dealership that provides products under the same lineup. Zero down. No problems. Same finance company. In and out in a few hours. Done deal.nnNow to be realistic, it isn't all bad. This is a new dealership on the block with new management and staff. It will take time and experience for things to get ironed out in due time. The facilities are clean and new and the staff are friendly.
