Absolutely impeccable customer service.    Melvin and the team got me through a tough "jam" being from out of town and in need of a fast solution to a complicated Ford 150 engine issue.     Amazing "concern", responsiveness all the way through.   Even the technician took the time to greet me with a detailed explanation of their findings.   And they are STILL following up with me to ensure a solution was found in Burlington Ontario.   Way to go Murphy Ford team!

Brought my wife's new Ford for service and had a great experience with the service guys. Malvin was very helpful and the hospitality was great. I was updates regularly throughout the process and he helped us figure our satellite radio. Thanks again for your service and help. Very friendly service team.

I went in for an oil change.  When I booked my appointment on the phone, I was asked how I take my coffee, when I came in for service, Malvin made a coffee for me just how I liked it :) where else do you get oil change service like that?  The service guys at Murphy Ford are great,  thanks guys.
