Not sure how you could have a bad experience here I have had two Sonatas now and loved both of them. The old sonata had an issue that no other service department including big city dealers could figure out but they figured it out and fixed it in short order. My new sonata goes in for service and always comes out washed. I drive from Ottawa to get my car serviced here. Why you ask? Well I have tried the dealerships here in the city and to them your just a $$$ amount. At the Pembroke dealership they are more interested in customer service (sure you have to pay for it still) but try a city dealership and you will find out who your real customer oriented dealership is. If you see me in my white sonata sport which is my baby (I'm the one who has glasses and is bald) feel free to ask me..
