We got jerked around at another local dealer (different band) and ended up back at Toyota for our purchase. When we bought our first car back in 2003, a similar situation happened I a different city, so I'm wondering if it is just Toyota's business policies. What I like about Toyota is that they did the hide any little fees - they were up front and transparent, at least from our perspective having went to dealers locally, Toronto and Ottawa. I would go back to this dealer and Toyota any day.
