Took my Shiloh Shepherd for a grooming and am sooo impressed. She has A LOT of hair and she came out looking so cleaned up and her fur looked amazing! Her nails also trimmed right up. They had her waiting for me at the front desk where she was happily greeting customers. Definitely going back.

Excellent customer service at this location! Am always greeted with friendly smiles from staff. One employee Allison quite often is working and always goes out of her way to stop whatever she’s doing to help me find the right items. Yes a little more pricey then the competition but the customer service makes it worth it. Ample parking

This has consistently been a pretty great store. Recently under new ownership and the new owner also seems pretty great. Willing to help customers and working the cash. I like that even though this is a chain, it has a family-owned feel to it.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personal service. Great selection of pet foods as well.
