This is Boscoe’s “go to” for his nail trims (from Neil), food, toys and more. The store provides everything you would ever need for your pet. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Donna always makes you feel like part of the family. If you live in the west end of the city you should be bringing your pet here.

The nicest family store in Ottawa, always great bring our dog there...although maybe she begs to differ regarding nail trimming...they spoil her once she is done her nails however. Best cut and trimmed nails in Ottawa!

Simply the best owners of a pet shop I have ever encountered... if they don't have it they will order! Expert advice on products.. if they dont know it they will find out! You will never want to shop anywhere else, the customer service is bar none... they will carry everything to your car for you. Amazing grooming ethics, the dog cat pet safety is paramount. your pets are welcome they love them!!
