Amazing! The workers are great! 2 fabulous workers came to help use! I found what I was looking for...This place has options! The store is really clean and some items are cheaper than Amazon or the item are the equivalent! I'm definitely coming back! If you have pets at home skip all the other shops and come here! They have a great variety of toys, food, grooming items, coats and boots etc! I 100% consider this place!

I was there today,to get some cat food. I went to the,cash to pay no one was there. I went to look, for someone. She was not in a good mood. She did not even offer me a bag. To put the cans in,not impressed with customer service.

My first choice store for my pet's necessities. Stocks high-quality Canadian brands of foods, treats, and toys. Helpful, knowledgable, and friendly staff makes finding the perfect products completely painless. Oriana in particular went above and beyond in helping me understand different products and choose the right dry food for my cat. She was very patient with me and was a tremendous help!

I went to Ren's Pets for the first time and I'll never go back again. The whole experience was awful. I got there when they first opened and the staff member unlocked the door and quickly walked away without even saying a quick hello. She was slightly rude when I was paying for my item and the store has very little selection for what I was looking for. Petsmart has better stuff and better staff. *One star because I had to pick one to allow me to post this, otherwise no stars.
