The store owners are amazing people—knowledgeable, kind, and truly passionate about pets. They’re not just selling products; they really understand pet care on every level. Shane has helped me several times with my dog’s behavior, often just through a quick conversation. I used to think my dog didn’t like treats because he was stubborn, but with the right treat and a small shift in my approach thanks to Shane’s insight, everything changed. You can tell they genuinely care and know what they’re doing, whether it’s training, grooming, or helping you pick the best product. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL! They were friendly on the phone & managed to squeeze us in same-day on a Tuesday in March which is QUITE busy apparently for grooming I didn’t know so I went ahead and booked!. I’m SO glad we ended up here because we got the great care of DANIKA! Our husky gal looked fabulous and HAPPY and I knew she was in good hands. She also offered special grooming care for our needy very sensitive large Shepherd-husky girl which we didn’t even think was necessarily going to be groomable in a professional setting, and put our minds at ease about that.nnWe’ll definitely return.

Heather has groomed my timid older cockapoo for 6 years now and she does an awesome job, taking her time and giving Annabelle breaks in between the stages of a groom. While Annabelle is never keen on going to Spa Day, Heather welcomes her with a calm disposition and Annabelle trots off to the back room which is visible from the store front without much fuss. Annabelle looks great, smells great and is not stressed out after the event. Price is reasonable too. Located in the town of Carp in Ottawa’s west end. I highly recommend both the shop Pawsh Pets Carp and the groomer. Thanks Heather for what you do for our pet community!

The grooming was perfect great job and the lady who did the grooming was nice.nI can’t say the same about the other lady at the reception. I was really not impressed by the way she acted, she was very rude and she didn’t have a good attitude at all and made me feel like I was bothering her.

Great groomers! Doggo looks like a princess everytime out of there!
