Brought my vehicle here after having a slight engine fire incident. I was referred by friends and family, and I could not have been more pleased in choosing this shop. All the staff are very experienced, and knowledgeable. The team got my vehicle fixed up and running extremely well in a very timely matter. The shop did not charge me for anything unnecessary and they were very honest and upright with everything about the job. I also had the pleasure of meeting Joe (who is an amazing guy to say the least), and I also bumped into Joe's son, who was doing a phenomenal job detailing the engine bay to help clean up all the soot and grime that was left behind. Thank you team at Perform-X for providing unmatched customer service and work! I will be returning here soon for more work!

I am a first time car owner and purchased a car a couple of days ago and it needed some work. I have zero knowledge about cars, so I have to put my trust in what the mechanic tells me. The guys at Perform-X have been amazing. They have been informative and so helpful. I needed quite a few things done and they went above and beyond, finding multiple ways to save me money. I have had a wonderful experience, and I am so grateful that they didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service!

On April 3rd 2018 talk to the shop manager Joe very nice, honest knows what he's taking about the staff was unbelievable. Great service I highly recommend this to all of my family members and friends. Keep up the great work.

After lunch when leaving the restaurant I felt my car pulling to one side, bump, bump, bump. Hearing a flapping outside the car. The typical, sometimes dreadful, flat tire. I was needing to pick up my wife in a half hour to leave for work together so as to be on time to meet up with 17 of our students at our after school program downtown Vancouver. When I came back to think of how I was going to be on time I noticed that fate placed me directly accross from Perform-X Automotive. I went inside and was told that all the mechanics just went for lunch. This is when the gentleman behind the desk jumped out of his seat and came outside in the pouring rain, dragged a floor-jack along the way, and proactively took charge of my needs, not even questioning my situation other than simply just unconditionally being there for me. Sure enough he soon found the nail and fixed the flat tire. It was the first time ever seeing a tire being repaired (I'm currently 43 years old). When going to pay, he said that I could simply share my experience with others. His name, Joe, the owner. Today our students, their parents, my wife and I were all together without worry and on time from your act of kindness. Moments like these in life... remind me on how, wherever we find ourselves in this life together, we can make a difference and we can be each other's smallest & greatest blessings if we so choose to be.
