Kelton and Joseph are all stars. Brought in my Subaru Legacy which had issues with the alignment of backup camera and lights. They took care of it promptly and ensured that I left satisfied with what they had done. Highly recommended!!

Brought a vehicle here for small stone chip repair (smaller than a dime)  and was told windshield needed to be replaced. Brought vehicle to speedy glass and chip was repaired for free in 30 mins. Get a second opinion if dealing with Boyd New West.

Probably the worst auto body shop I have ever dealt with. 

1. They didn't repair my vehicle properly, then told me they would fix it, but never returned my calls for 4 months until I filed a complaint with the BB bureau. 

2. One they finally fixed my vehicle they filled the tire pressure on the tire replaced to 30 psi over the other tires. 

I spoke to the new manager today and he genuinely wants to make this situation better. Thank you for the quick response.

Amazing group of guys. They helped me out when I went there for some advice on my dodge ram. Super helpful, really friendly and kind. I totally recommend this location. Thank you so much again guys

Who knew fixing a car would be so easy. Brought my car there after getting it scraped on the passenger side and because of them it was one of the most easiest experience of owning a car. From the time i entered with my battered up car i was introduced to smiling faces and people over there knew exactly what they were doing. 

My car was fixed to it's top notch and looked better than the first time i bought it. They even kept on calling me to give updates and i knew from the first time i entered the door that i had made the right choice. While your car is getting fixed they even give you a courtesy car so you don't have to take transit everywhere you go. 

Beyond exceptional service and craftsmanship, and making the best part of an otherwise horrible ordeal of getting into an accident. Recommenced.
