Dependable Brake & Muffler

i am sorry but I found them very nice but didn't phone me to tell me my car was ready which they promised to do. They didn't do a great job with my oil according to my seasoned mechanic. They do have a host of guys that come to chat with their dogs in the afternoon. Nice to see this neighbourhood thing still happen in New West.

I've consistently been happy with the service & even my 5 year old wants to stop in to visit the guys & the friendly dogs at the lobby. Just drive by on any day & see the great cars that people entrust to this shop. Always honest with my wife & I. A pleasure to work with.

I just phoned to make an appointment, they said they couldn't do this week. But before I could ask when they could fit me in they just hung up on me! :S

The guys at Dependable Brake and Muffler have been looking after our Ford Explorer for the last few years. They are professional, honest, and likeable, and always manage to get us in quickly. We've had a few situations where we needed unexpected, quick help with the car (nail in tire, thermostat housing assembly leaking), and no matter how busy - the were kind enough to help us out on shortest notice. Thank you so much, guys, you are awesome!!!
