Victor took me in at 530 just as they closed and stayed overtime to make sure all my needs were met, best service I have ever had at an automotive shop, kind, friendly and quick. I highly recommend this shop.

Staff are friendly and provided a great service during our first visit (we were served by Victor). We needed to get our vehicle inspected and were promtly booked for an appointment. 👌 EDIT: they neglected to order all the necessary parts after the first appointment, which resulted in one extra appointment and increased cost compared to the original quote.

My wipers motor broke during the first snow of this year and BCAA towed me to greatyear. I had no idea where I was going but I trusted my tow truck guy. He knew everyone by name and the staff greeted me so warmly. They knew the answer to every question I had. Randy also hooked me up with brand new tires at just the right price! The staff is so knowledgeable and didn't treat me like I was dumb when I admitted I wasn't too car savvy. They explained everything in terms I understood and even spoke to my dad over my cell phone to explain everything to him. They are super casual, but not unprofessional. It was the perfect blend of business casual professional and keeping it real. They are open 6 days a week and really went out of their way to make sure my car (and therefore me) is safe. I will always recommend my friends here. I already told them! They are now my new car guys. FOR. EVER. Many thanks to Randy, Victor, and the other names I don't remember!

Friendly and hard working staff and convenient hours of operation. Request to speak with the Colombian service tech Vincent as he seems very knowledgeable and experienced. He is also very patient in explaining things in an easy to understand manner and will give you an honest evaluation of your vehicle issues.
