I went to this place because it was close to when needed it. 0 customer service, from both employees I interacted with. I will not recommend this place. The driveway was not cleaned from snow. Lot of solid ice on the driveway. It was scary to walk on it. Office is not cleaned either. They more focused on getting the money for the service.

I’m a single grandmother raising a 16 year old grandson on disability, and know nothing about vehicles. My van starting making a really bad clunking, banging, noise on the passenger side of my vehicle. I brought it in to new west auto care, left it there and they called me back with the bad news that I needed struts and a swing bar link! I was shocked and saddened at the cost. Was going to cost around 610$. When they let me know I had no choice but to scrape the money together and get it fixed as I need my van for a lot of reasons, one important one is taking mr grandson to and from lacrosse games and practices. They fixed it quickly and when I picked it up the bill was 576.00. He must have knocked off a few dollars knowing my situation and my distress. I have had a oil change done here before as well and I can honestly say I’ll be bringing my van back if anything else goes wrong with it! Excellent service at a fair price. My poor old car needed a new exhaust pipe and battery, to begin with. They kept me updated with new estimates when some new issue was found. Only charged for one hour of labour, but I am sure it was more than that. Car is running great now and I will get at least another year out of it. Thanks so much!

Knowledgeable and hard working mechanics. I have taken my Audi to them since warranty expired and have had more value and trusted service. Would highly recommend if you need things fixed without the dealership glitz and glam/price tag.

These guys are 100% honest. I know nothing about cars, and they did not take advantage. When I needed air in my tires, they told me to come on in, no problem. They are quick and really great! Highly recommend them! :

Today my wife, daughter and I were stuck in a pickle. We tried several auto repair shops in the area and they were all completely booked. We needed our car fixed today as our car was unsafe to drive as our brakes were making a grinding sound and we had a hard time getting it moving. We called New West Auto Car and not only did they have room they told us we could get it in right away. Just over an hour after we arrived we were all good to go and the repairs we made. We appreciate the work and we will be back for sure. Thank you.
